Romanian Construction Law review is a double-blinded peer-reviewed open-access international academic review. The purpose of the review is to publish scholarly work and critical research in the field of construction law. The journal publishes scholarly research papers on key issues and developments in the legal field, as well as the contextual work about the relationship of law with other disciplines related to the field of construction. The Romanian Construction Law Review aims to gather scientific articles from practitioners and academics, including doctoral students, in order to provide the latest news and issues that stirs interest in construction law field. The Romanian Construction Law Review is co-edited and published in a printed version and an online form by the Romanian Society of Construction Law and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies Press (Editura ASE) with the collaboration of the Faculty of Law from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (DreptASE) The articles received for publication in the review will be selected using the “double blind peer review” procedure, meaning that the both reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers and vice versa. To facilitate this, authors need to submit their papers in a way that does not give away their identity (please read the guidelines). The articles will be evaluated using two qualified experts, who have scientific training and experience to analyze them. If it is necessary, the authors will receive recommendations and observations to improve the quality of their paper’s content. It is possible to refuse publication of the article to the proposal made by reviewers. The articles are selected from the ones presented at the International Conference ”Perspectives of Construction Law” or from those received online, but all of them respect the above indicated criteria.
