Helder Cardeira about “smart contracts” at the RSCL Conference

We gladly welcome for the second time at our RSCL – Romanian Society of Construction Law Annual International Conference Mr. Helder Cardeira from Society of Construction Law Australia who will extend his study on smart contracts and present this year the paper: “The Advantages of Integrating Smart Contracts with #BIM”
Helder Cardeira works now as a project manager in Sydney, Australia. Helder has managed the development of more than 400 units from site acquisition to practical completion as well as being involved in the development of more than 130 thousand sqm of commercial space.
Helder has worked in landmark buildings such as the 122 Leadenhall street and the Broadgate Tower in London as well as the Burswood project in Perth, Australia. He has a Diploma in Architecture from the ULHT – Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias and a MSc in Quantity Surveying from the South Bank London University.
Helder has studied and worked in Portugal, Italy, Norway, China, Sweden, UK and Australia. Overall, Helder has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry.
