The Romanian Association of Construction Law organizes on September 16-17, 2016, in Bucharest the second edition of the ”New Perspectives in Construction Law” Conference.
The Conference will pe opened by representatives of leading professional organizations in the field, along with Romanian officials. The event will continue with two working sessions offered by invited speakers and the presentation of the submitted scientific papers. The participants will be able to attend debates on topics that will range from particularities in construction contracts, new rules on public procurement, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution methods or Construction employment law issues.
Lastly, the event offers a great networking opportunities for professionals in the construction industry, which is why, in the second day of the Conference we will organize a workshop that will bring together both academics and especially appreciate practitioners.
