We are glad to announce that Mr. Giovanni Iudica, Bocconi University, is, as from today, one of the scientific reviewers of the RSCL Annual International Scientific Conference and of the Romanian Construction Law Review.
Giovanni Iudica is Professor of Civil Law and former Dean of the Bocconi School of Law.
He is co-editor, with Paolo Zatti, of the Trattato di diritto privato (Giuffrè). He is editor of the legal journals Responsabilità civile e previdenza (Giuffrè) and Antologia (Cedam), as well as of ll trittico textbook series (Giappichelli). He is member of the editorial board of La nuova giurisprudenza civile commentata.
He was one of the charter member of the Italian Association of Civil Lawyers (Association for Civil Law Studies) and President until 2010. He is now honorary President of this Association.
He is Vice President of the IAP (Istituto dell’Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria). He is also president of ISCL (Italian Society of Construction Law) and he was President of ESCL (European Society of Construction Law). He is a member of ELIA (Association for a European Law Institute).
He was a member of SGECC (Study Group on a European Civil Code) and he has contributed to the drafting of the DCFR -Draft Common Frame of Reference Sellier European Law Publishers, 2009.
